Since completing his Master's at Hamline University in 2004, Mike has been a featured speaker across the upper Midwest, sharing expertise with parents, coaches, and administrators. Mike

With over 15 years in athletics, Max is renowned for developing throwing programs at schools like St. Bonaventure and El Camino Real Charter. As a Financial Advisor and Family Man, he emphasizes mentorship, urging athletes to focus on both education and personal passions. Beyond coaching, Max is a dedicated LA Dodgers and Rams fan, Iowa Hawkeye football enthusiast, and competes in triathlons.
Director of International Affairs
Diane, a track & field coach for 27+ years, is uniting the U.S. and Australia for a competition. She coached Joseph Deng, the former Australian 800m record holder, and earned "Coach of the Year" in 2015 & 2016 by emphasizing athlete-driven success. Her coaching philosophy? "I'm just a button pusher. I tell them how to do something. It's up to them to transfer it, and then they get the rewards."
Long Distance Coach
Marcy, a Colorado native, brings over two decades of Track coaching experience to her role. The most rewarding part of coaching for Coach Epperson is witnessing her athletes thrive at the next level. A seasoned trail runner and 4-time Boston Marathon qualifier, Marcy is excited about her role with Coast 2 Coast, drawing from her nine years of coaching experience with Down Under Sports.
Triple Jump & Long Jump Coach
Coach Lincoln, with 20+ years of expertise in jumps, hurdles, throws, and multi-events, has steered her athletes to impressive achievements. Over the past five years, her coaching prowess has garnered numerous conference, sectional, state, national, and international honors. Notably, athletes under her guidance have clinched 35 All-American titles and 28 Illinois state club championship titles.
Pole Vault Coach
Coach Fuchs has been coaching track and field for over 25 years. Rod was named the Minnesota State High School Coaches Association "Assistant Coach of the Year" for Track & Field in Class AA in 2013 and boasts multiple state place winners in the Long Jump, Triple Jump, and Pole Vault. Rod is currently the Head Boys Track and Field Coach as well as an Assistant Football Coach at Sauk Rapids-Rice High School in Minnesota.
High Jump & Javelin Coach
Coach Atanas boasts over three decades of experience in coaching track and field, having mentored athletes across various levels in both the United States and Europe. His expertise lies in decathlon, heptathlon, vertical jumps, and hurdles. The athletes under his guidance have achieved remarkable success, excelling at the NCAA level, European competitions, World Championships, and even the Olympic Games.
Sprints & Relays Coach
In his ninth season at Saint John's University, Coach Jeremy Karger-Gatzow has led the track and field team to continued success. Under his guidance, the 2023 season saw Saint John's secure second place at the MIAC Indoor Championships and win its second-consecutive outdoor title. A decorated coach, Karger-Gatzow has cultivated a legacy marked by national champions, All-Americans, and academic excellence.
