Tracy Spencer

CEO/Director of Operations/Partner

As a seasoned coach and C2CIA founder, Tracy builds vital relationships with businesses in Australia and The USA. Tracy has 30+ years of coaching experience. He specializes in Hurdles, Sprints, Jumps and relays. Tracy has had successful athletes at the NCAA level, and Olympics.  Tracy has a Bachelor’s and MBA from The University of Findlay. Originally from Ohio, Tracy is a proud Ohio State Buckeye fan.

Mike Labine

COO /Director of Athletics/ Parnter

As a University of North Dakota graduate with a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and minors in Psychology and Coaching, Mike boasts a track and field career spanning athlete to coach. Since completing his Master’s at Hamline University in 2004, Mike has been a featured speaker across the upper Midwest, sharing expertise with parents, coaches, and administrators. Mike  

Diane Sheppard

Director of International Track & Field Liaison

Diane, a track & field coach for 27+ years, is uniting the U.S. and Australia for a competition. She coached Joseph Deng, the former Australian 800m record holder, and earned “Coach of the Year” in 2015 & 2016 by emphasizing athlete-driven success. Her coaching philosophy? “I’m just a button pusher. I tell them how to do something. It’s up to them to transfer it, and then they get the rewards.”
